- Retirement Plan
REI offers an IRA-based retirement plan. All full-time team members are eligible to participate in the plan the first month following the date of full-time employment. REI provides a partial match of employee contributions. - Health Care
We offer a medical and dental insurance plan and pay 100% of the cost for every full-time team member. Coverage becomes effective the 1st of the month following the date of full-time employment. - Life Insurance
Full-time team members are offered a life insurance benefit as well as benefits for accidental death. Premiums for the team member are paid by REI. - Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
We provide short-term and long-term disability insurance programs for full-time team members. Premiums for the team member are paid by REI. - Educational Tuition Reimbursement
Reiss Engineering encourages continuing education. This plan allows a full- time team member to be reimbursed in part or in total for successfully completing courses that are beneficial to his/her employment as determined by the Company. - Holidays
All full-time team members receive nine (9) paid holidays per year:- New Year’s Day
