HIRING PROCEDURE
Resumes are always welcome from talented professionals that are interested in joining the Reiss Engineering team. REI assures confidentiality as appropriate throughout the entire hiring procedure.
- Applications regarding current vacancies are accepted on-line 24-hours a day. The employment opportunities section lists all current vacancies and the application process.
- Applications and related resumes are screened by our Engineering Management Team. Qualified applicants are identified and submitted to the Human Resources Team for review and consideration for interviews.
- Applicants selected for an initial phone interview will be contacted by telephone. If not selected for a phone interview, applicants will be notified via U.S. Mail.
- Phone interviewees selected for an in-person interview will be contacted via telephone. During in-person interviews applicants will meet with appropriate team managers and key staff members. If not selected for an in-person interview, applicants will be notified via U.S. Mail.
- If you are chosen to fill a position after both rounds of phone and in-person interviews, you will be notified by telephone.
