With populations increasing and the subsequent increase in demand for potable water, the availability of our limited natural resources quickly diminishes and brackish groundwater, surface water, and even oceans are now becoming potential source waters. In addition drinking water regulations are becoming more stringent and drive the need for advanced treatment. Aging infrastructure dictates judicious maintenance and replacement programs.
