Orlando, FL - Reiss Engineering, Inc.  Reiss Engineering, Inc. (REI) has been providing wastewater and reclaimed water master planning services to the Seminole County Environmental Services Department since July 2005.  Tasks performed during this period include a complete update and calibration of the Utility's hydraulic models for each of the four County service areas, and the use of the updated models for detailed planning efforts.  In addition, REI has completed several treatment facility plans with respect to effluent disposal capacity, treatment capacity, solids handling, and future regionalization potential.
