PLANNING
REI has developed a particular niche in Florida for the performance of successful and efficient utility plans for communities across the state. REI is currently the formal utility master planning firm for the City of Port St. Lucie, Seminole County, and the City of St. Cloud. Additionally, REI provides ongoing hydraulic modeling expertise (including master planning task efforts) to Orange County and the Cities of Tampa, Ocoee, Sanford and Melbourne. Master planning efforts have included hydraulic modeling, transmission and storage planning, GIS services, and pump station sizing and location. Also, REI's process engineers have provided planning-level reviews of water and wastewater treatment facility conditions and capacities, and have developed plans for future new and upgraded facilities to meet our clients' various needs.
